My ever-expanding network of colleagues and friendships has come from 30 years of a music background, entrepreneur ventures, and managerial and administrative abilities. Starting and selling out of a few small businesses fanned the flame of desire to see others live their lives with the time freedom to enjoy life’s simple things. My desire to see others overcome their fears and embrace the joy in everyday living came after my own restoration from divorce, life as a single mom, and physical recovery from a motorcycle accident.
I was born in Neosho, MO, and spent all my years growing up on ranches in Missouri, South Dakota, and Oklahoma. Tractors, horses, and cattle were everyday elements of life. The experiences on the farm developed my character, perseverance, work ethic, and a “don’t ever quit” attitude. Throughout High School and upon graduation, I traveled with a Bluegrass band entertaining many followers and enjoying the family atmosphere of old-time music. Humble beginnings proved to be superb training grounds for building a very “real” soul, earnestly seeking to love people and touch the world with music and a smile. I am a skilled guitarist and 3rd place banjo champion from the 2005 East Iowa International Bluegrass Festival.
The music industry afforded me growth in both knowledge and experience in the professional music industry. Today I partner with my husband Eric, at our home-based, full production recording studio in Dora, Oklahoma while encouraging the music artists to find the place for their music in their own lives and have fun doing it.

Hot off the press is my first book, Escape from Darkness, where I share my own emotional healing story. I hope to encourage others to embark on their own journey to wholeness. I have one son, Bryan, who lives close by along with my grandson Kingston.
